There's a few ways I have thought of so may well do both, also was toying with doing a completely different look by doing a sketched version or something along those lines. Futuristic stuff looks really cool pencil sketched.

Yea, will get a PL in there, although the main skin will have the rgb sliders in, so will keep the pl without colour changing, unless the pl bg supports link() and multiple bgs heheh

It would look really cool if the sides (next to the large blue area) could open up and reveal visualizations. The visualizations could be large blue neon bars going up and down with the beat of the song. This is my idea when I saw yours. It's a really nice idea and I hope it goes well!
