Scrolling text

Is it possible to make text scroll as part of a skin, when the text already has a enough room to display fully. I'm working on my second skin and part of the track name goes underneath another element. I forgot the text only scrolls if it's clipped, and my track name area is quite long, so now the text shows fully and doesn't move, and part of my text sits underneath the layer above and I can't give it the effect I wanted.

Check if this already exists in the Feature Requests section. If not, add a request about adding it. I seem to remember we discussed something similar before?
